    Eating and going to Sleep

    Hey guys I want to know if this is ok. I get off of work at 6:30am M-F. When i get off i go to the gym right after and do my cardio. I eat my lunch at work around 2am everyday, so by 6:30am i think it is ok to do my cardio, but when i get done with my cardio i come home and have a protein shake and a cup of oatmeal and then go to sleep is this ok, or what should i do. Please help

    How long do you go to sleep for?

    I'd actually nix the oats, and use a fat/protein meal instead.

    i Work 11PM to 7AM----- (Sample Day)

    0700AM- Get Off come Home Mix a MRP Shake
    0800AM- Hit Gym (Drink Post Shake)
    1100AM- Have a Meal- (Meat Protien Source, Oatmeal)
    1200-- (HR Later) i have a Shake and Hit the Sack
    1400-- Get Up and have another Shake.
    1600-- Get up and Have a Meal ike 1100 AM
    2000-- Have another Shake
    2230-- at Work have a Shake and a Can of Tuna/or a Protien Bar
    0200AM-- Shake and Tuna
    0500AM--- Shake
    0700AM-- SEE ABOVE!!

    as you can see i have ALOT of Protien Shakes but when you are on the Go ALL THE TIME you have to Do what you have to Do!!

    I assume you are cutting since you are doing cardio, correct?
    Either way, recovery is taking place, so nutrients need to be available~

    Yes i am cutting, and sleeping for about 6-7 hours so what do u guys think.

    41/2 hours after meal then cardio? if thats what you mean then it looks solid like that yes, but do as swole said i suggest. when do you lift??

    i lift later in the day but if u want read my other post that i posted to day which is (My diet is messed up) and u will find out what happened to me.

    I am out for a about an other week or so i hurt my foot at work and now my diet is messed up.
