howdy. i'm 19, 5'10", 188 lbs... pretty built, but i have fat around my stomach & my love handles that i need to get rid of. i really want to be real cut, and was wondering what excersises/lifts u recommend, and also what specific supplements u would recommend. thanks a lot!
