    please critique my diet...

    I am looking to put on 10lbs or so. I am 29 years old, 5'9 187lbs around 8% body fat. Thanks BROS!



    MEAL 1: 2 scoops protein
    2 tablespoon natural PB
    1 cup oatmeal
    5g glutamine
    10oz water
    (Everything goes into the blender)

    MEAL 2: 8 Egg white veggie omelet
    3 flax seed oil softgels

    MEAL 3: 8oz Chicken
    8oz sweet Potato


    MEAL 4: 1.5 cans tuna
    4 rice cakes w/ PB&J

    MEAL 5: 1.5 can tuna OR 8 egg white
    Apple
    3 flax seed oil softgels

    WORKOUT

    PWO: 2 scoops protein / 80g dextrose

    MEAL 6: 10oz lean meat
    8oz Sweet potato

    MEAL 7: 6 egg whites
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons natural PB
    1 scoop protein
    1 cup oatmeal
    5g glutamine
    8oz water
    (Everything goes into the blender)

    the whole key to having a clean bulking diet is too seperate your carbs in fats in each meal. fiddle with it a bit more bro as your a mixing the two in several meals.

    I agree, other than the mistake of mixing carbs/fat your approach looks pretty good.

    So what changes should I make? I am very flexible and take criticism well. I am posting my diet becuase I know it needs work.

    I changed my diet let me know if it looks better...also need some ideas for my fats at meal 2 and 5

    NIX THE PB HERE, NO FATS AND CARBS TOGETHER!!!!
    MEAL 2: 8 Egg white veggie omelet

    DONT USE THE GEL CAPS, USE 1TBSP OF OIL, IT TAKES ABOUT 14 CAPS TO EQUAL 1 TBSP.
    MEAL 3: 8oz Chicken

    GO DOWN TO THE CHANGES I SUGGESTED IN MEAL 5 AND THEN SWITCH TOSE 2 MEALS AROUND


    MEAL 4: 1.5 cans tuna
    4 rice cakes w/ PB&J
    NO J AND BREAD, JUST THE TUNA AND PB. MMMMBOY

    MEAL 5: 1.5 can tuna OR 8 egg white
    Apple
    3 flax seed oil softgels
    AGAIN, THE LIQUID

    WORKOUT

    PWO: 2 scoops protein / 80g dextrose
    GOOD
    MEAL 6: 10oz lean meat
    8oz Sweet potato
    GOOD

    MEAL 7: 6 egg whites
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons natural PB
    1 scoop protein
    1 cup oatmeal
    5g glutamine
    8oz water
    NO NEED FOR THE OATMEAL, AND YOU MIGHT ONLY WANT TO MAKE IT ONE WHOLE EGG B/C THAT IS ALOT OF FAT

    Yeah that looks great! I really appreciate it! Are you serious that 14 caps equal 1 tbsp??? also why cant i have jelly on the rices cakes? And also why no oatmeal before bed with the shake?

    no jelly as there it is LOADED with sugar, if you think u can get away with it though then go for it by all means.

    you dont want carbs that late durring the day, they are not doing burned for energy our being used for muscle repair at this point, thus making them useless.

    and yes 14 caps equals 1 tbsp of oil. i know oil can be pricey but the best deal i have sean on an EFA oil is at KENTNUTRITION.com sooooooo much cheaper

    got it....also what changes did you make to meal 5? you said to switch it around but I do not see any changes.

    i ment switch meal 5 with meal 3, so u have the carbs pre lift to buuuuuurn

    I will change it....**** i am going to be hungry eating only protein and fats in meal 2,3 and 4. My metabolism is super fast! I just ate meal 2 at 8:30 and I am starving already!

    try some almonds bro, i always find them to be more filling then oils/PB ect, about 1/4 of a cup should do ya nice
