please critique my diet...
I am looking to put on 10lbs or so. I am 29 years old, 5'9 187lbs around 8% body fat. Thanks BROS!
MEAL 1: 2 scoops protein
2 tablespoon natural PB
1 cup oatmeal
5g glutamine
10oz water
(Everything goes into the blender)
MEAL 2: 8 Egg white veggie omelet
3 flax seed oil softgels
MEAL 3: 8oz Chicken
8oz sweet Potato
MEAL 4: 1.5 cans tuna
4 rice cakes w/ PB&J
MEAL 5: 1.5 can tuna OR 8 egg white
Apple
3 flax seed oil softgels
WORKOUT
PWO: 2 scoops protein / 80g dextrose
MEAL 6: 10oz lean meat
8oz Sweet potato
MEAL 7: 6 egg whites
2 eggs
2 tablespoons natural PB
1 scoop protein
1 cup oatmeal
5g glutamine
8oz water

the whole key to having a clean bulking diet is too seperate your carbs in fats in each meal. fiddle with it a bit more bro as your a mixing the two in several meals.

I changed my diet let me know if it looks better...also need some ideas for my fats at meal 2 and 5

no jelly as there it is LOADED with sugar, if you think u can get away with it though then go for it by all means.
you dont want carbs that late durring the day, they are not doing burned for energy our being used for muscle repair at this point, thus making them useless.
and yes 14 caps equals 1 tbsp of oil. i know oil can be pricey but the best deal i have sean on an EFA oil is at KENTNUTRITION.com sooooooo much cheaper

try some almonds bro, i always find them to be more filling then oils/PB ect, about 1/4 of a cup should do ya nice
