Just google it. I tried to but I'm sure that isn't the right name of the fish because nothing came up.

i think the fish you're referring to is tilapia... maybe. But in regards to cooking, toss it on the grill for about 5-6 min and you're good to go. Generally, when fish starts to "flake" it's done, no matter how you decide to cook it.

Yo Sir Lifts-a-lot, just curious why you consider tilapia bottom of the barrell?

It has a great amino acid profile and is very lean, making it (IMO) ideal for pre and post workout.

Is it the taste, the fact it is a lean fish? Just curious, bro

tilapia and wild salmon are my favorites. wild salmon has good fat and high protein. the farm shit is not at all as good nutritionally, long story not getting into it. tilapia is high in protein and low in mercury.

i cook it on the top of the stove in white cooking wine, lemon juice and fresh garlic til its flakey. if you cut it or mush it with a fork and it flakes its good. when the white stuff starts coming out of the salmon, thats good. its full of ***** 3's, eat up
