Need suggestions with protein shakes. I cant drink them with just water, makes me sick. Milk is ok- but it has a high content of sugars. The shakes that i make arent pwo. I drink a RTD for that. Thinking about trying Atkins milk carb countdown. Any suggestions would be helpful.
what kind of whey do yo use? i think mine taste great. well ne ways maybe try adding a few packets of aspertame

Try a fruit flavored shake, I had the same problem.

why not use unsweetened soy milk? and mix in some sugar free jello with vanilla whey and a lil bit a splenda, taste like a FRUIT VANILLA BLAST!!
Why not just suck it up bro? Seriously, we all make sacrifices in one way or another, and a crappy tasting protein should be the least of your worries.
yeah i know-- but if there are better tasting whey out there, i wouldnt mind trying them.
go to trueprotein.com they have allot of different good proteins, the cold filtered isolate tastes like great, orange cream sicle is good, all the flavor paks are good
Throw some soy milk in there, may be some strawberries and bannana. shure there something you can cut some where to make up for this. Or just swithc brands
I use GNC brand 100% WHEY. I use strawberry but have tried the chocolate and vanilla and they all are good. Try this brand dude, if you like the leftover milk in a bowl of Apple Jacks or Captain Crunch, you should like this stuff. Only has 2 gr of sugar, 20mg of whey/scoop, 4 carbs and is low in sodium.
