    Diet Questions.

I have been considering running a low carb diet. Basically I want to only consumes carbs in my pre-workout meal and my post-workout meal. Pro/fat meals throughout the day. My goal is to shed unwanted bodyfat. Now my question is, what kind of carbs (examples) should I consume in my pre-workout meal, and should i run the standard 40g(protein)/80g(carbs/dex) shake pwo?

why do u want PRE workout carbs? have the carbs PWO and PPWO, making your PPWO carbs rice, potatoes, yams. its not really and low carbs diet, just your basic cutting diet. CHEERS

Pre-workout I go with oatmeal and a protein shake in water.

Seems to fit the bill nicely, and no lethargy from any insulin surges.
