    Dark pee on diet

Ive been cutting for about a week now on bout 2000 cals/day and 45 mins of cardio every other day. (I'm 200lbs, 5'8, bout 10%bf (want to get down to about 6%)

Just wondering is it normal for pee to be alot dark when dieting, mines almost brown!dispite drinking gallons of water.

Would any of you advise to up my food intake to slow down the fat loss(Is the dark pee a sign of fat removal/waste removal from the body?) or is this a good sign?

    Any help/experience appreciated

Certain foods or drinks - various types of foods or drink affect urine coloration.
    Beets - turns urine reddish
Borscht (beet soup) - turn urine reddish
Asparagus - may turn urine green color
Blackberries - may lead to red urine
Rhubarb - can cause orange urine
Senna - can lead to orange urine
    Blood in urine
Dehydration - causes darker urine or even a gold-color urine
Hot weather - may lead to dehydration and/or concentrated urine
Exercise - may lead to dehydration and/or concentrated urine
Bile in urine - causes a tea-like or mahogany color; usually from a liver disorder
Jaundice - causes bile in urine
    Hepatitis
    Liver disorder
    Pancreatic disorder
    Pancreatic cancer

Yes, im using tren depot at 100mg/eod and Oral turanabol at 50mg/day, but not using any stimulants of fat loss agents

-i know tren has been known to cause dark pee and kidney probs (im supplementing with cranberry extract). Its my six week in and ive gone from 178lbs to 202lbs with little fat gain. I have another four weeks planned so figured i would use the remainder to cut and show my gains even more (i dont plan to do lots of cycles in the future for a while. i.e. im not doing a cycle 12 weeks after dedicated to cutting, i dont want tobe on gear that often)

Anyway, ive just noticed the darkening of the pee, my assuption was its diet(fat loss) related and wondered about others experience of this

Cheers beet, great info, really helpful, im not eating anything listed

Usually dark urine means your dehydrated, but if your drinking water like its your job then beats me.

Hey Bro, how are you liking the Turanabol? I'm on Var right now, how would you compare it to that? What kind of results could I expect with a good diet and training routine on Turanabol alone? Thanks Bro

I think the gains speak for themselves as regards the OT. Yes i know ive combined it with tren depot (but not at a large dose (100mg/eod(25mg is ester weight))). Started at 178lbs and went up to 202lbs in six weeks! No water weight, no fat gain. Im now 198lbs a week into cutting(i reckon most of this loss is water and glycogen). My plan is to maintain this weight but cut up for another 3 weeks, then pct.
If you want an update on the OT progress in a few weeks time just pm me
