My friend did that for quite some time, i'm not sure if he's still doing it. He would mix his protein shake with 2 full eggs. He had no problems...yet. Also said it tasted great. If your gonna do this, don't do it too often. Salmonella (sp?) is risky, isn't it?
If u have time, just eat the eggs cooked.

Eggs are breeding ground for salmonella. FDA recommends cooking them all the way through.
So, if you really like to eat em that way, be prepared for a tummy ache a couple times a year. It may never happen, but be prepared.

I am eating 50 egg white and 5 whole egg every day.
And I have never had any problem so far.
I usually mix with strawberry, banana, and yogurt, not with protein powder.

50 egg whites, isn't that a little too much. When I used to eat egg whites, I use egg protein powder its alot easier now, but when I used to eat them I would eat about 16 a day, fifty egg whites is alot, I would get sick or throw up.

Well, it seems a lot but if you make a shake, it takes only 10sec. to drink 10 egg whites.
And also I try not to depend on too much supplements.
But I am kinda tired of separating whites and yolks...........

I am currently on a bulk cycle, my morning meal is 6 whole and 6 whites with 2 cups (cooked) oats. Does the body assimilate raw eggs better than cooked? The only way I can stomach those slimy bastards is if I mix them raw in about 2 cups milk a shot of hersheys syrup and down it goes. The oats I take a mouthful (dry) take a shot of orange juice chew a few times then down it goes. By not cooking the eggs or oats am i cheating myself?

Salmonella sucks. I've had it. It is absolutely no fun. Just be careful. I cook my eggs now. There is no way I'm going through that again. Blah!

I was watching TV the other day and they had a program on chickens and eggs on the food network channel they said if you use the pasteurized eggs then salmonella isn't a concern. personnel I like raw eggs in my shakes. Well just my 2 cents.

Your body has a hard time digesting raw eggs. Do an internet search on albumin.
Here's one quote I found :
"Limiting factor of egg is that it does not contain vitamin C. Raw albumin contains an anti digestive factor that interferes with digestion. Egg also has a compound called avadin, which react with biotin (Vitamin H) and make it unavailable. Both these factors get destroyed on heating."
Raw eggs are a complete waste of money. In one end and right out the other.
