What kind of green tea is good when on a cutting diet. And how does it help .

Either way it's still green tea (although I've only ever made mine from teabags)... most brands are the same pretty much from what I've seen (grocery stores everywhere have it)...green tea extract that's in pill form may be more convenient for you though....Quote:

Put some lemon juice in it dude, it will taste a ton better!
i hear lemon juice tightens the skin, so added it might be benificial!
