I am currently taking 2 teaspoons twice a day of natual peanut butter in my shakes. I also snack on rice cakes with pb & j throughout the day. How many teaspoons per day is too much?

sorry should have been more specific....i am looking to bulk up. I just did 2 shows and now I want to put on 10 more lbs. I am currently 5'9 190.
