have to get shredded in about 3 months!
ok i'm i'm 21, about 202-205lbs natural, with probably around 10-12% bodyfat now my natural metabolism is fairly high, now what i need is a diet that will help me keep as much of my muscle as possible because i am natural right now and i value my muscle alot more now then i did when i was juicing! here's a sample of what im thinking for a diet...
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, medium size baked potato
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition- protein shake, approx. 90g of dextrose
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, medium size baked potato
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
now i know that whole protein food is prefered but i get my powders very cheap and would like to try and sub more powder in(the protein i use is Isolate protein so the absorbstion is great) because it will cost alot less, im a full time student that cannot afford to spend alot of money on food because of other things draining my bank account dry, i jsut want to know y whole food is prefered, ive heard it's beacuse it gives you a fuller look(not sure what that means) and ive also heard that you diggest it better??? also keep in mind i must keep as much muscle mass as possible, and that im also natural! thanks!
