    Fat intake per meal...

    Quick question guys. It's not that really big of a deal (well I don't think so at least). But I just had a quick pro/fat meal.

    1 medium sized chicken breast (~50g pro/6g fat)
    1/3 cup of almonds (~21g fat/7g incomplete protein)

    Do you guys think that's too much fat in a sitting?

    id think its probably ok...although i usually go for about 12-16g fat per serving (not including what you get from the protein).
