In your diet do u give urself cheat DAYS? or cheat MEALS?
you can move it back any day you want, after all its your body...go ahead and get your eat-on!
some guys go all out for one day, some guys go one meal. some go clean carb up, some do 3 clean 3 cheat. its diff for everyone and its up to you, either way, enjoy it!!Quote:

it comes down to will power.... I tend to get 5 days clean... 2 days with a cheat meal each or so.... Drop in a little cardio and I'm dropping body fat...
I'd rather cheat 6 days a week, then have a clean day with one clean meal.
