Getting sick
I am in the middle of a battle with a cold right now. I was wondering how everyone keeps up their protein intake without wanting to eat or even look at food. Should i just take a week off from eating heavily or try to choke it down? I have been lifting in the afternoons when i feel up for it, but not at the intensity that I would like to. Thanks everyone

Yeah, keep your protein and vitamin intake up.
Other than that your doing right by cutting intensity of your work outs at least to you start to get better.
Colds ussually don't stop me though. It's the flu that fvckt me this year.
