I have read Parrillo mention both in his books. I also beleive T-mag mentions corn in their chanko(sp)diet.
Peace and good luck.

Well ... I am on bulking diet... 218 Lbs 15bf 6`3.
I use corn in my Pro/Carb mea which is:
Big can of chicken breast - 70g protein
1/2 cup of cottage cheese - 12g pro 4.5gfat 4carb
Can of Corn - 7g pro 3.5fat 70carbs
Mix it all together and eat.
Other meal .. Can of pineapples 67g carb + whey protein shake 70g pro 4fat 9 carb
Am I gonna get lots of fat from eating those foods everyday ?
One more question... like I checked todays food intake was 45pro/47carb/8fat.
Is fat way too low ? or I can keep it up like that ?
Thanks

The gi is also overrated. Some bodybuilders bulk on white rice and potatoes in everymeal and still stay somewhat lean.
Once again if you read t-mag mentions it in one of their diets.
Everything has sugar in it that is what we process for atp.

No actually bro you need to go to more shows and ask around more. Perhaps put your cookies down and do some more research.
lol you don't repair glycogen. You replenish glycogen. You repair the muslce tissue with protien.which corn has as well.

Yes, becauase incomplete protein cannot build muscle. You need a COMPLETE pool of amino acids.
Example:
Rice has protein, very incomplete.
Beans have protein, also incomplete.
However, each of these compliment each other perfectly, each bringing to the mix what the other one does not.
The result = all the aminos present aka complete source of protein.

So therefore, just to be on the safe side, only count protein from meats, whey, milk products????????

Not only are you full of INACCURATE INFO and have no dietary knowledge whatsoever, you're only here to start trouble and you serve no purpose.
Your posts are all non-sequitors, and I am not the only one who has noticed that you are either very stupid, or drunk and incoherent. This is a location to assist, and you are nothing more than a cancer that is infesting this location.
I will no longer waste my time.

Also... My intake ratio is 45/45/10 . Is it bad taht I have only %10 of fat a day. Im on 4300 cal ED diet. I read that for bulking diet there should be 40/40/20 ... 40/30/30. Mine is 45/45/10 ..I think Im gonna see whats gonna happen ... than decide. Thanks a lot Guys.. and STOP FIGHTING !

Wow. People get very emotional over corn.
I like frozen corn as a PPWO carb some nights. Not for cutting, but a nice change from rice/yams. BTW it has a GI of about 70.
