Help with diet
Hello everyone
I am currently trying to compile a diet to my needs. Now I would like to get bigger but my body fat is not all that low so I was wondering if there is a diet anyone could recomend that would allow me to make size gains(muscle mass) and burn fat at the same time? For the last couple months I have been carbing up making really good strength gains but also putting on some lbs. I don't know what to do I like loosing the lbs and looking healthy but I hate seeing my size and strength gains drop .
please help

check out the cutting sticky and modify it to suite your needs. I have had some success with this and I justed posted what I have been doing and asked the pro's here to tweak it for me

yes, you're likely to be far more efficient by doing one or the other (cutting or bulking). Choose one and try that for a few months, then cycle between the two according to your needs and goals.

Stickies are a good guideline. What kinds of carbs are you carbing up with?
