    Apples for PWO

Would apples (spelling, not sure if its aplles, but u know what I mean) be a good source of complex carbs for PPWO? I know that its fruit, but I think I heard somewhere they are good for PPWO for some reason.

And how long apart should the PWO and PPWO meals be? Like 2 hours?

an apple has fructose in it which restores glycogen in the liver. .at this point you need to replenish glycogen in your muscle so an apple is not best, no. PPWO is around 60-90 min after your PWO shake

Apples are not the best thing to eat. But if you must eat them in pwo or in the morning. This is a guideline for the amount of carbs you need to take in your pwo meal and ppwo meal. Example : 189lbs 10% BF
    189 * 10%= 19 lbs of fat
    189-19=170
    170 Divide 2.2= 77
77 * 2= 154 grams of carbs within a 2 hr. time limit (pwo and ppwo)
I would also wait 60 to 90 minutes.
This is just a guideline. If your trying to diet down I wouldnt suggest taking in that much, but for bulking i think it would be ideal.
    ANY INPUTS ON THIS????????
