Turkey Ham Slices Good Protein?

Thank you!

Is that turkey and ham or both combined. Both are ok sources depending on your weight loss/ weight gain goals. ham has alot of fat and sodium but you can by low sodium and lean brands.

as far as I understand salt doesnt make you fat just bloated... so you may not look as good as you could but you can still enjoy it while moving toward your goal.... I would go with the Turkey... the oven roasted... the best for you..
