My bulking diet...please critique
the hulks bulking diet so far
My stats are im 170 around 5 10 and im looking to get up to around to around 180 185 by march naturaly.

Your taking in over 2 grams of protein per lbs of bodyweight?? I would reduce those levels a bit and up carb intake to 400. Fats look fine. Why are you taking ZMA in meal 8 rather than after meal 9. Its usually recommended to take that 30 minutes before bed. Maybe throw in some yams or eat more oatmeal.

Was just gonna try and experiment with it and see how it went, i like taking my zma a two hours before bed, i have a real hard time sleeping and i dont notice the effects of it for about and hour..so i like to give it a couple hours to fully kick in.

That's pretty horrid.

yeah, umm...you're mixing carbs and fat in almost every meal which isnt ideal...and you're eating lots of bananas...which are not ideal, and rice...well, if its white rice, then that's not ideal either...sticky up top is a life-saver
