What is the best way to cook yams? i would like to incorporate them in my diet becuaes i keep hearing how they are the best overall carb, next to oatmeal.

If you need to cook one in a hurry you can use a microwave...... just make sure you poke lots of little holes in it otherwise it will explode. I forget how long I usually put mine in for, but I think it is under 2 minutes and it cooks it completely
