please critique my diet...
I am looking to put on 10lbs or so. I am 29 years old, 5'9 187lbs around 8% body fat. Thanks BROS!
MEAL 1: 2 scoops protein
2 tablespoon natural PB
1 cup oatmeal
5g glutamine
10oz water
(Everything goes into the blender)
MEAL 2: 8 Egg white veggie omelet
3 flax seed oil softgels
MEAL 3: 8oz Chicken
8oz sweet Potato
MEAL 4: 1.5 cans tuna
4 rice cakes w/ PB&J
MEAL 5: 1.5 can tuna OR 8 egg white
Apple

WORKOUT
PWO: 2 scoops protein / 80g dextrose
MEAL 6: 10oz lean meat
8oz Sweet potato
MEAL 7: 6 egg whites
2 eggs
2 tablespoons natural PB
1 scoop protein
1 cup oatmeal

8oz water
