I know the coffee(but I need it) for the soup but I don't know what can I do for variety and has high protien. any help is appreciated on any of them.and for the low calories.Iam doing multi-v teste400mgweek/10mgnolvedex with 50mg arimedex with t-3/clenoff and on xenadrinewithephedrine hcl. also 4-5grams of cla and lipoderm.this is 3.5 months cycle. with off and on t-3 with blaaderwreck.

I'm not sure I understand the question, bro... You want to keep calories up but lose some carbs? The soup, apples and slim fast all have the most carbs, simply replace them with something else with less carbs...That's too obviously... Let me know if I'm on the right track, or rephrase your question...

Not tricky, just a matter of distributing macros. How about uping your proteins and fats and lowering your carbs. I would stay away from the slimfast. There are better alternatives. I would stick with oatmeal, yams, and brown rice.
