How bad did you cheat for Thanksgiving?
Here's my day...
9am Woke up, my cardio was having sex for 15 minutes.
9:30am Pro/Fat, whey/flax shake
10am Sugar/Carb/fat/pro, 2 Mcgridles
1-2pm sugar/alcohol, 3 glasses of red wine
2-3pm sugar/alcohol/carb, 2 New Castle beers
3pm Workout (played catch a football for a solid ten minutes)
PWO 4pm pro/carb/startch, white meat turkey, mashed potatoes, and a dinner roll
PPWO 5pm sugar/carb/fat slice of butter cake
10pm sex again

I did decent being that it was Thanksgiving.
My family were trying to throw home brews down my throat, so i had 2 of those. Had turkey, potatoes, dressing, deviled eggs, crecent roll.
Only one plate. Had a piece of cheery pie....finished the night with pro/flax shake...cottage cheese before bed.
Today back on the horse and am hitting the gym in just a few.
I don't see it as being a problem.

lunch 2servings sweet potatos 2 serving stuffing huge ass turky piece esparagus 4 rolls glass milk.
crunch bar and coke at movies
2 pieces cake, coke
2 biscuts with turky and salsa\dip; dressing
another turkey sandwich with that dressing

Ahh... Morning was the same as any other STRICT diet day...except obviously a dinner ..5 pm.
I ate two Huge turkey legs, baked potatoes, some stuffing from the turkey, green beans, alcohol. Tried to not eat any sweets but my family made me eat some brownies and apple cake...saying that I dont have to be on diet cuz I look good.. what the hell they know about looking good haha , Right ? It was an extremely good dinner. I was like a HOG but oh well now time to go back to my oats,tuna and canned chicken breastLast edited by UberSoldat; 11-26-2004 at 07:59 PM.

I had tons of turkey and veggies. Then I broke down and had Cheescake and a piece of banana creme pie.

Morning- 9am
6 whole eggs
.5 lbs. bacon
2 pancakes
1c. surup(maple)
afternoon- 1pm
2 drumsticks
4 serv. sweet potatoes
3 serv. cranberries
2 serv. stuffing
1 piece of pumkin pie
night- 6pm
1 bowl of ice cream
3 pieces of pecan pie
1 piece of pumkin pie
late night- 10pm
2 PB & J sandwiches
3 bananas
2 cans of broc. and cheese soup
*I also drank approx. 2 gals. of water and a entire bottle of champain

Its THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!! Who f*c*ing cares. I ate everything i saw-- 4 or 5 plates full-- all day long. Screw cheat meal, This was a cheat 12 hr. day. Seriously i probably ate every hour. If you been eating real clean prior to TG, this day will only help you.
