Hey guys, want to ask something. How bad is this i got it off the internet at a site that tells u ur bodyfat and all that. How bad is it and what should i start doing more of to fix this.
Body Fat= 22.13
LBS/Kgs of bodyfat= 57.54 what is this exactly mean
Lean Body weight= 202.46
Please help me with this.

There is not way to assess your bodyfat virtually, don't even bother.

On one of the post they had a website that i read so i went to it and i filled in the info that it asked for and thats what it gave me
Amazing how an automated cpu program can take your bodyfat through the computer w/out calipers, measurements, water analysis, hydrostatic testing, etc.
