pre workout and post workout. creatine is known to bloat ppl so if you don't mind the extra bloat while dieting go for it.
i know that it bloats people but will it bloat to the extent of say some aas???
nope, didn't bloat me as bad as AAS, not even close
Bloat all depends on diet. Handle yo' biz. Creatine is good to go. I'd rather substitute by adding in more red meat, but that's just me. That **** makes me strong as hell. (red meat)
well im dieting right now so, i just want something to give me a little more strength while im dieting ya know! has anyone ever experienced any bloating in the face form it or is it just in the muscle cells?
also how long before a workout should it be taken and should i take it with dextrose before my workout or will the extra carbs f'up my diet???
creatine is just going to give you more water retention, if you dieting, your someone cutting in a sense, so why want more water?
also some people do experience some water retention, bloating, in the face.
If you are going to take creatine, you want to take it immediatly after your workout, not before.
do not take your dextrose before your workout, you want to take it after your work out in your PWO.
