milk with pro/carb or pro/fat meal?
If I am gonna drink milk with my bulking diet should it be with the protein and fat meals or the protein and carb meals?(skim milk)
Reasoning would be to put it with the carb meals right? or should I drink it with either?

I'd choose a better form of carbs if you are using it for carbs. (Carbs in any kind of milk are all lactose = pure milk sugar)
If you are using it for protein, just eat solid food for protein instead.
