Bulking Diet. Critique.
Hello. I will to bulk from 160 to, at least, 190 until July.
Carbs protein fat calorie
8:00 am: 1½ cups oatmeal (dry) 81 15 9 450
2 scoops protein shake 6 51 2 200
1 bananas 27.645 1 0.5 217.12
10:00am: 1½ cups brown rice (cooked) 105 12 2 450
2 can tuna 0 50 1 200
1 cup broccoli 6 0 0 15
12am: 1 cup brown rice (cooked) 75 7 2.5 300
3 egg whites 1 whole 11.02 7.24 5.01 124.0
1 cup broccoli 6 0 0 15
2pm: 1 cup brown rice (cooked) 75 7 2.5 300
½ cup chicken 0 25 1 120
1 cup broccoli 6 0 0 15
4:00pm: 1½ cups oatmeal 81 15 9 450
2 scoops protein 4 52 2 200
8:00pm: 2 scoops protein shake 6 51 2 200

4 oz. salmon or ground beef 0 25 6 187

PWO? PPWO?? you also have carbs in ever meal and no EFA's check the bulking stikcy friend

My PWO shake consists of
-Whey Protein
-Dextrose
-Maltodextrin
-Sodium
-Water
ans is taken at 7-30 pm. The PWO meal is at 8. Should I take carbs from other meals and put them in the PWO meal, and some EFAs there too?

No EFA's in any pwo offering, no, as that slows digestion. U don't want that PWO.
What is the sodium in the pwo shake??

Yes, I do. From what I have read, putting it on the PWO shake helps because it transports the nutrients to your cells and you need to replenish what you’ve lost from sweating during a workout.
Any more comments on the diet?

I replenish glycogen too with Dextrose and Maltodextrin, so no prob.
More advice on the diet?

you'll definitely gain on this diet. I would also recommend going to the bulking sticky. You need EFA exept in pwo and ppwo--otherwise, if your not worried about fat gain go for it.
