Is this okay for my PWO.
I use one scoop of this powder along with 2 scoops of just whey pro and dextrose. I like it because it has some carbs. Should I leave this out or? I am not trying to put on weight. It comes out to 50g of pro 52 carbs and then the 40g of dextrose.

i think you are fine with just the protein and dextrose. i would say up the dextrose to 75g. as for that supplement you are using ditch it becasue it has way too much carbs and quite a lot of sugar. but thats just me .

agree. . .IMO it even has too much fat for PWO
