what do u guys think of drinking two gallons of crystal light a day while trying to get cut for a show?

For a show I just use water, but that's just me.

It's 0 kcals for the most part, but I always go as pure as I can.

hey swole, my bf is somewhere around 18-20%. I know this is high but do u think that I should'nt worrie about gear until I get to around 10-12 % or what? Alot of guys on the steroids forum say that I shouldn't even think about gear until I have reached one of the aboved %. What's ur opinion?

I used to be able to drink crystal light.....but now it gives me terrible headaches...I know that their is no carbs..but what about the sodium?

massjunkie, the sodium is 20mg per 1 little container that makes 1 gallon. what do u think about drinking it for a show though?

mass have you ever heard of phenylketonuria?? basically this is a condition where the body cannot break down phenylalanine- which is this amino acid used as a sweetner in crystal light. What happens is this phen. remains inside your blood stream and once circulated to the the brain it can pass through the blood brain barrier. Basically if you have too much of this in your system, it will cause headaches, dizziness, etc. and in extreme cases can be fatal

i've never heard of someone dieing from c-light. why is it that u could die from it?dam...........

it will only happen in extreme cases and if you don't have the enzyme that breaks down the amino acid phen. Most people are diagnoisedwith this when they are young, but I need to do more research before I could tell you if a person could develop a condtion.
