Here's a Thought
ok frist of all i have a high matbolism.. i am really really goin to have troubel deiting because i Love Food.. what about eating what ever i want when i want except the sweets.. and the olny thing i drink is water.. i take my multi and protein shakes... so would that be much of a problem...???

That all depends on your goals. High metabolism or not, if you eat foods that dont benefit muscle growth, your wasting your time. You may not add alot of fat but eventually you probably will, especially when your talking about mixing fats with high gi foods near bedtime.
