I would say any restaurant that implements the Adkins diet would probably be the safest, otherwise, get up, go to kroger, get a big a$$ steak and cook and flavor it however you like. Through in a yam and you got a pretty good meal.

It really isn't hard. I mean some beef/chicken, a George Foreman, and it's almost impossible to mess it up. Then add your rice or veggies, etc., and there you go.
Eggs are easy to make, shakes, etc................

Dunno, I've always been self sufficient. I used to cook for my girlfriends or new ho's I'd bring home to impress them. Nothing a woman loves more than a man who can cook in the bedroom as well as OUT of it!

I agree, I make most all of my meals. The girlfriend can't cook so its up to me. That probably why I 226lbs and not 190lbs.

I have found that every place usually has a form of grilled chicken. I have eaten at Denny's and ordered the grilled chicken sandwitch and if you ask the server about other sides instead of fries, they will surprise you with stuff like cottage cheese and even steamed veggies.

LIke the other's have suggested, if you don't know how to or want to learn how to cook...

A lot of chain resturants offer the curbside pick up, eg: chiles, tgi-fridays, applebees, etc...I'm hoping you already have a diet plan and know what you can and can't have...

If you can't cook, and you order out all the time, you are wasting a LOT of money if you are eating as you need to eat to support a bodybuilding lifestyle.

ya, plus if you eat out you're just shooting yourself in the foot cause all those restaurants use the worst quality products by buying the cheapest usually to maximize profits.
