Just curious to know what everyone thinks of his diet planned as low carb- high carb and very low carb days. His diet look sound. I dout he takes Cell tech though, and his diet doesnt have many EFA's ??

Secondly, I am researching on periodizing your diet. Your metabolism adjusts accordingly (increases/decreases) to the amount of energy supplied, so this concept does have rationale behind it. However, I am not advocating this concept, just trying to figure out if it is superior because periodization in a training program is superior to traditional training, so. . .
Maybe SC, DCB, or LMO can give thier insight from their background in nutrition?

well i try to look at/ follow/ or indorse ne pro diet. when your on 2 grams of gear a week your diet is gonna be diff. i mean his low carb day has a cup of oats and 2 cups of rice lol. as far as low/medium/high carb days, well most of do that neways. lifting days being moderate carb days, non-lifting days being low carb, and once a week and CARB up day or a cheat day.
