diet and problem
First heres my diet then I'll get to the problem
meal 1:
3/4 cup oatmeal
lean protein
meal 2:
lean proten
carbs (e.g. tuna salad, or steak and veggies)
meal 3:
protein and fat (e.g. tuna and mayo)
meal 4:
PWO
meal 5:
protein and carb
(e.g. chicken and brown rice)
- the only problem that im finding is after my first meal im still hungry, and i feel hungry throughout the day, therefore I'm feeling slightly light headed and disoriented.
So, what can be done?

your lightheaded because your blood sugar level is too low. allow yourself a couple pieces of fruit for the day to give you the natural sugar you need. I would also increase your veggie intake drastically.

What can be done is to correct your amounts, drink a lot of water, include more healthy fats in the absence of carbs, utilize energy supps, etc.

what are the numbers on your meals, id up the carbs on meal1 if yoru still hungry..
