Good winter bulker?
Time to bulk... thanks to some major help from Carlos E , I've re-worked his bulker to suit me a bit better... and i was wonderin what you all thought.
I think i maybe be eating a little TOO much for my size but lemme know what u think. Im 6'0 160 lbs and a really hard gainer
Right after i wake up..... (meal 1)
**4oz chicken breast**
Fat - 1.5 Pro - 23.0 Cals-106 Carbs-0
**6 egg whites***
Fat - 0 Pro- 21 Cals-99 Carbs 1.8
***1 cup oatmeal***
Fat - 5.7 Pro- 11.4 Cals - 286 carbs 54.3
11 oclock during school.. (meal 2)
**1 serving HDT Weight gainer shake ***
Fat- 6g Pro- 60g Cals- 694 Carbs- 100g
**1 serving baby spinach**
1 clock when i get home.. (meal 3)
** 1 cup brown rice**
Fat - 6g Pro -20 g Cals-696 Carbs-140g
**10 oz chicken breast**
Fat - 3.8 g Pro-58.2g Cals-268 Carbs-0
3 oclock (meal 4)
**1 can tuna**
Fat -2.5g Pro- 37.5g Cals- 175 Carbs -0
**1tbsp full fat mayo **
Fat 10g Pro-0 Cals-90 Carbs -0
**2 slices white bread**
Fat-3g Pro 4g Cals-164 Carbs -30g
**1 serving vegetables**
5 oclock (meal 5)
**8 oz lean ground turkey**

**1 can red or black beans**

~workout~
Post workout ... (meal 6)
**40 gram pro shake**
**80 grams carb (dextrose) - or other fruit**
After pwo shake.. when i get home (meal 7 )
**10 oz of chicken breast**
Fat - 3.8 g Pro-58.2g Cals-268 Carbs-0
**1 cup rice**
Fat-1.5 g Pro-12g Cals-591 Carbs-132g
Before Bed... (meal 8)
**1 serving HDT Weight gainer shake ***
Fat- 6g Pro- 60g Cals- 694 Carbs- 100g
** 1.5 tbsp Flax oil **
TOTAL :
Fat : 73 g
Protein: 472 g
Cals : 5549
Carbs : 837 g

see how it works for you. I think you'll definitely grow on this diet. Dont measure weight gain by the scale( can be misleading). Measure it by the mirror. It never lies!!!

i really hope i dont put on too much fat... cause im starting to look a bit softer... after just a week of eating like mad... ive gained about 5 lbs

for your pwo meal it says your cup of rice consists of 132 g of carbs. do you mean 3-4 cups?

Make sure you measure your rice and oats properly. (1 cup cooked does NOT equal 1 cup uncooked)
