    critique this diet

    Hey Guys
    Please critique this diet. I have looked at the diets posted on other threads. They are obviously much better than mine but it seems that they are eating alot more food than I am (that spells fat to me). With this current diet I am at about 8-10% bodyfat. I am pretty strong I am 5 ft 7 inch and my max bench is 350.

    My goal is to put on lean mass. I know diet is very important and don't want to waste my time or yours. Please help as I am pretty hopeless right now.What do I do to grow but not get fat.

    8:30am
    sweatened hot tea ( i know this cant be good)
    two bananas
    40 grams of whey protein
    flax seed oil

    12:00
    1 1/2 cup of brown rice
    two chicken legs

    2:00
    40 grams of protein
    1 cup mango juice

    lift a 3:30-5pm

    5:00
    1 1/2 cups brown rice
    1 chicken breast
    40 grams of whey protein

    8:00
    40 grams of protein
    8-10 wheat crackers

    DROP THE BANANAS AND OIL, GET YOUR HANDS ON SOME OATS. WHAT IS THE TEA SWWATEDED WITH?? GET ONE THAT IS SWEATENED WITH SPLENDA ERR SOMETHIN

    FINE, ALTHOUGH YOU MIGHT WANT THIS MEAL AS PRE LIFT BUT ITS UP TOO YOU

    2:00
    40 grams of protein
    1 cup mango juice
    DROP THE JUICE AND PUT THAT FLAX SEED OIL HERE, 1-2 TBSP. (NO PILLS!!!!)
    lift a 3:30-5pm
    PWO SHAKE WITH DEXTROSE!!!!!!!! MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY A MUST!!
    5:00

    GOOD, HAVE IT 60-90 MINS AFTER YOUR PWO SHAKE, U ALSO MIGHT NOT NEED ALL THAT PROTEIN, ONE SCOOP OR NO SCOOPS OF WHEY AT ALL IS FINE

    8-10 wheat crackersCRACKERS???? FOR WHAT??? GET A FAT IN HERE WITH YOUR PROTEIN, ALSO I MIGHT MAKE THIS A SOLID FOOD MEAL, A NICE STEAK WILL DO U GOOD.

    Less protein shakes, real food is better for the most part.
