Hi guys. Yesterday I cheated and I just wanna know if I went overboard (it was at a church dinner). Here's what I had before that meal
Breakfast: Pro/Fat meal - ~50g Pro/20 g Fat
Lunch: Pro/Fat Meal - ~50g Pro/20 g fat
Church Meal (it was buffet style)
Main Course
Serving of baked ziti w/tomato sauce and melted cheeze
2 meatballs (they were maaaad good) and 2 pieces of sausage
Serving of Pasta salad w/ pepperoni in it
2 small chicken wings (the size similar to Hooters wings)
About a cup of diced sausage and sauerkraut
Desert
A slice of apple pie
A slice of cranberry pie (maaaaaaaaad good--it had some other stuff in it, but I couldn't really remember)
A small square of this brownie/cake concoction (maaaaaaaaad good)
Needless to say, I was friggin STUFFED afterwards. Before I went to bed, though (about 4 hours later), I had a Pro/Fat meal (~50g Pro/20g Fat), even though I honestly didn't even need to eat it. I basically downed my Pro/Fat meal because I wanted to make sure my muscles were getting fed on an off day through the night, ya know?
So basically I"m wondering if the cheat was too extreme, especially if I felt super-stuffed afterwards and even into this morning (even though I'm sure that a lot of that has to do with the fact that I had a Whey/Casein shake along with some cashews before bed). Let me know what you guys think.
