My cutting diet
Okay, My work hours are 6pm-6am, but I only work on Wed and Thurs one week, and Mon Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun the next and it alternates this way.

PWO two scoops whey and two scoops dextrose

chicken breast 1/2cup brown rice and 1/2 cup green beans
7:30
Two servings of almonds 50 pieces
10:00
chicken breast 1/2 cup brown rice
1:00am
8oz salmon one scoop whey with 1tbs flax oil
3:00am
two scoop whey and 2tbs flax oil
6:00am
can of tuna/chicken 50g of protein in either
This is my work days. My off days are pretty close except I get a meal in there instead of almonds.

add more veggies....the brown rice in your second meal sub veggies aka. brockoli, aspargus, choliflower. Def. increase your veg intake.
