Please critique this diet. I have looked at the diets posted on other threads. They are obviously much better than mine but it seems that they are eating alot more food than I am (that spells fat to me). With this current diet I am at about 8-10% bodyfat. I am pretty strong I am 5 ft 7 inch and my max bench is 350.
