critique this diet
Hey Guys
Please critique this diet. I have looked at the diets posted on other threads. They are obviously much better than mine but it seems that they are eating alot more food than I am (that spells fat to me). With this current diet I am at about 8-10% bodyfat. I am pretty strong I am 5 ft 7 inch and my max bench is 350.
My goal is to put on lean mass. I know diet is very important and don't want to waste my time or yours. Please help as I am pretty hopeless right now.What do I do to grow but not get fat.
8:30am
sweatened hot tea ( i know this cant be good)
two bananas
40 grams of whey protein
flax seed oil
12:00
1 1/2 cup of brown rice
two chicken legs
2:00
40 grams of protein
1 cup mango juice
lift a 3:30-5pm
5:00
1 1/2 cups brown rice
1 chicken breast
40 grams of whey protein
8:00
40 grams of protein

Less protein shakes, real food is better for the most part.
