    flax seed oil vs olive oil??

    Is there a difference between flax seed and olive oil?

    I know there is a difference but was exactly is different? Can I use olive oil instead of flax?

    Flax seed oil comes from Flax seeds and Olive oil comes from olives...

    It was true though bro. You never stated what properties you were using the flax for to be able to reply to as whether or not olive oil would fit the bill.

    Olive oil has monounsaturated fats -- omega 9.

    Like he said though, flax is better for the distribution of omega3 and 6. But there's nothing wrong with using olive oil as part of your diet in addition.
