Just wondering... I'm doing a lean bulk and am therefor doing cardio 5 times per week to keep fat gain to a minimum and to keep my cardiovascular health up. Plus I feel great after doing cardio. My question is that since I am 1) Bulking and 2) On cycle right now with tren/prop/eq how should I consume my meal after the cardio? Factors to include....
Time after cardio to consume?
Protein source + either carbs or fat?
Amount of carbs/fat to be consumed?
