Meal after cardio while bulking????
Just wondering... I'm doing a lean bulk and am therefor doing cardio 5 times per week to keep fat gain to a minimum and to keep my cardiovascular health up. Plus I feel great after doing cardio. My question is that since I am 1) Bulking and 2) On cycle right now with tren /prop/eq how should I consume my meal after the cardio? Factors to include....
Time after cardio to consume?
Protein source + either carbs or fat?
Amount of carbs/fat to be consumed?

Ideally you can do either one dependent upon the rest of your breakdown. I see many people who are inquisitive about "1" meal, yet don't include the rest of the plan of attack in the question, and that is imperative. Amounts, same deal, there are no stats listed, nor any other info.

5'11, approx 8% bf and looking to gain lean muscle from 175 to about 190 in 8 weeks or so

If you get fat easily like me I would drop the carbs down a bit.
