    microwaved body

    my work restricts the amount of time i have to cook decent meals,are there any alternatives to clean eating ie. microwavable ? examples lean cuisine hungry man ect. if so which ones would be best for eating while bulking thanks.

    none of these products even come close to "clean foods" but oats are microwavable, and so is everything else if you cook first. I do all my cooking for the week on monday and thursday myself, then bring it with me whereever i go

    Cook beforehand and bring your food w/you. If you can microwave a hungry man, you can microwave your own home-made preparations.

    Here is what you need:

    Lots of microwaveable containers in various sizes

    Cook in bulk before hand

    Micro wave your meals as needed.

    I just finished making my tuna containers for tommorow and finished packing my meals for the day, its an every night thing and yes it sucks but we all do it so you can too.

    thanks everyone. i think i was just being lazy. ill start cooking everything for the following week on sunday again thanks for the help.by the way its also screwed up because i work from 6 at night till 6 in the morning 7 days a week so diet and workout is not 100%
