Lunch Question

Ok heres the deal, you go to work with a sack full of goodies and before lunch time you eat it all. Now where to go for lunch...... I am on a bulking cycle but trying to gain as little fat as possible. What resturants would have a good choice of proteins? Remember I only have an hour for lunch so a place like a steak house would be out of the question. Im sure Subway would be a good one, but whats the best thing to get there and all the other places?

subway, well u could go with a chicken ceaser salad and some dressing (full fat) but most fast food palces are ****ty. sometime in a real pinch i get 5 steak tacos from taco bell and just eat the steak, then you can throw the tortilla at your co-workers
