Too Much Fat in My PWO???
Sup fellas? Quick question: While I'm waiting for my shipment of ATW whey isolate to come in (casein, chocolate, and orange :banana: ), I'm gonna be using these single serving packages from my local health food store. Looking at the lable of this "isolate", I've noticed that it has about 4g of fat in it. Is that too much for a PWO shake. Today's my off day, and my protein will be in just in time for my Friday PWO shake, so I'll only be using the "packet isolate" for tommorrow (leg day :elephant: --even though that workout is absolutely draining).
So is that too much fat in a PWO shake?
