Too Much Fat in My PWO???

Sup fellas? Quick question: While I'm waiting for my shipment of ATW whey isolate to come in (casein, chocolate, and orange ), I'm gonna be using these single serving packages from my local health food store. Looking at the lable of this "isolate", I've noticed that it has about 4g of fat in it. Is that too much for a PWO shake. Today's my off day, and my protein will be in just in time for my Friday PWO shake, so I'll only be using the "packet isolate" for tommorrow (leg day --even though that workout is absolutely draining).

So is that too much fat in a PWO shake?

It's ok.... Most whey concentrates have 2-4g fat per serving, or 4-8g fat per shake when using 2 scoops for PWO.

i woudn't sweat that either. As long as you dont go try to use muscle milk or some other shlt for PWO
I use isolate, but if i run out, i use the ATW blend, i think it comes to 4 grams of fat for the pwo.

Hell some of the people on here talk of how the use 2 tbsp of flax oil in their PWO with dextrose

but i've never heard of a whey isolate having 4 grams of fat. Just the definition of the term "isolate" would contradict that their should really be anything but protein in it.

Every isolate i've ever used has 0 fat 0 carbs. Or if its a good company like ATW, the label it accurately, and show the fat and carbs, no matter how miniscule (in the mg's)
