This tunafish sandwich good for pro/carb meal?

Would a tunafish sandwich consisting of 2 oz of albacore canned tuna, 1 tbsp of FAT FREE mayo, 1 slice of FAT FREE cheese, and salt + pepper between two slices of bread be good for a pro/carb meal? The reason I made it fat free mayo and fat free cheese is because if I used full fat mayo and cheese, that would make it a pro/fat/carb meal and carbs with fat I KNOW is a big no-no.

Also, for this meal, what would be the best bread to use? I know white is horrible, but I also heard (on this forum) that wheat bread promotes estrogen, which is bad. What about that 12 grain bread? Or rye? Which bread is best to use for this tunafish sandwich?

If you are cutting, I'd cut out bread totally. Bulking I suppose you can use it, I do, and pasta too. I've found that in moderation I can stay relatively lean when including these items, but when it's time to cut, they go out the window.

Let's say I was bulking, would this be a good pro/carb meal?

And also, what would be the best bread to use?

Bulking I said was cool, yes, as stated above.

Whole wheat (true whole wheat) would be best, but I use sourdough.

Funny, "clubber lang" posted the exact same thing @ Elite.

i would recommend whole grain and sourdough breads due to there relatively low GI value. I use bread in moderation (mostly weekend) just to change it up a bit.
