Morning Calories/Protein?
Lately I have had a he11 of a time getting anything in my system but
coffee in the AM. I know this is not too smart so that's why I'm here.
I feel like crap eating in the AM. I just bought a boatload of RTD 51.
So that should help. Anyone else like this that might have some suggestions?

Its hard for me to eat in the morining to. I get up around 4am everyday drink a cup or 2 of coffee then I am off to do my Cardio. I know this isn't the greatest but with out the coffee I can't get off the couch. When I am done with the Cardio I have to force myself to eat and all I can usually force down is oatmeal before I have to be at work at 7:30. And if I workout in the AM I drink a shake as soon as I wake up then a cup of coffee on the way to the gym and after the workout It's even harder to eat after pwo. I Just have to FORCE myself because I know if I don't eat breakfast it will mess me up all day.

try a whey shake and some flax oil....i know the RTD will be thick so it may sit it your stomach for a while....whey protein is pretty thin so it wont hit ur belly like a ton of bricks, and the flax oil will allow it to slowly digest so you dont have to eat again in an hour.

I do not have any problem eating in the AM, we gotta get it done; no if's ands or buts about it!

just gotta do it bro, if you can handle coffee then you should be able to done whey and flax (depending on your dietary plan of attack of course) hell i hate eating my PPWO meal but i know its somethin ya gotta do. GET ERR DOOOOONE

Forced down the Am meal today and have felt freakin like I'm full all day.
Had a great leg day tho. I will definately pick up some Flax......
How does it taste?

Flaxseed oil is great. I look forward to it. I have it in my first meal of the day, after cardio in a shake and in a lunch time shake. Get in to it man you'll love it.
