Question Does adding Flax Oil slow the absorption process in Protein Shakes?

I have Whey Protein (Fast Absorption)
I also have Casein Protein (Slow Absorption)

Does adding flax oil to my protein shake slow the absorption process?

Or should I look into a Whey Isolate (I think Swole mentioned he takes something similar to this, Swole whats your brand?)

I have 20lbs of whey and 10lbs of casein; I'll go through what I have first so I'm looking to see if flax slows absorption for the whey I have now.

Yes, I use flax oils or an omega 3/6/9 blend in my isolate.

I like AllTheWhey and my wife likes Optimum, so we have both.

Technically yes it does slow absorption, but not by a significant amount of time.

How quickly the protein enters the bloodstream/how long it lasts in the gut.

I'd recommend Cottage cheese over Casein powder if your having it before bed...I'm into the whole food thing...
