How much milk do you drink?
I think its the easiest of all proteins to consume, excluding whey. Personally I drink only skim milk. Here at school I'll drink about 60oz's a day. At home, I'll drink just about a gallon a day. It's not simply that I know its good for you, but I just really like it.

i usually drink a quart on my first free period and two 8 oz glasses at dinner

Usually a half gallon a day. I love it with chocolate Ovaltine and that is a downfall.

None, used to do 3 gallons a week.
Too much sugar in it. Lactose makes you fat and thickens the skin!

Probably go through a gallon every day and a half or so-great way to add protein to any meal.

I NEVER drink the milk of a different specie, but I am assuming you mean cow’s milk. Now of the same specie, I’ll have to post in a different forum.

I drink about 32 oz a day. I love milk and only drink skim milk. It is the only thing that I can mix my protien shakes up with that I can stomach. A gallon useually last me about 3 or 4 days unless my kids are here.

Off seasen i drin 1 litre a day. Otherwise none since dairy keeps that little bit of baby fat on you when trying to lean out

I'll have a glass 2x a day mixed with some whey protein. I'll take one glass with egg whites and another with tuna. Tastes great and helps to up my protein intake.

I think about 5-8 cups of milk a day...maybe?
Most of it comes from the protein shake, mixing about 2-3 cups milk with 2 cups water or so.

wait im trying to lose weight,,,,,,,,,,,,,if i have 1 cup of smim in the morning with my shake will that affect my diet thats th ejonly milk one lil cup of skim a day ?
